The Community Fee covers the cost of processing a resident application, cleaning, and preparing apartment for move in. Prices and services subject to change. The Community Fee holds the apartment of your choice for 30 days.
Included Monthly Services
- Three meals per day are provided in our elegant dining room for your pleasure and convenience. On Sundays, we feature a brunch and an old fashioned dinner.
- Housekeeping is provided weekly, and laundry facilities are available for your use at no extra charge.
- All utilities, with the exception of personal phone charges are included in the rent. This includes cable television.
- An Emergency Response System is located in each apartment and is monitored throughout the day. Staff is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.
- Attractive features include a library, theatre, games, and exercise room, in-house beauty shop, and a conversation area with a large fireplace.
